Staff Volunteerism Providing Sanlam’s people with opportunities to contribute positively to the communities in which it operates through payroll giving as well as skills-based and community-based volunteering. Support for the communities in which the group operates and an enhanced employee value proposition by providing opportunities for staff to contribute meaningfully to national developmental agendas. Special Projects Investing in developmental projects peripheral yet complementary to our strategic focus areas that contribute to the social impact we aim to achieve, including environmental protection and funding community development. Achievement of developmental objectives within the communities in which the group operates; further entrenching Sanlam’s reputation as a responsible corporate citizen; sustainable environmental resources; and more resilient communities.
